New Brilliance Lighting Install

Gem Irrigation was contacted to assist with improving outdoor lighting at a residential property. Upon evaluation, we identified that the back corner near the trash area was poorly lit, creating a potential safety concern. To address this, we installed a new Brilliance lighting fixture, significantly enhancing visibility and overall security in that area. As a result, our repeat customer in North Scottsdale can now navigate the pathway with greater confidence and safety, especially during evening hours.

While on-site, we also conducted a thorough inspection of the property’s drip irrigation system to ensure it was functioning efficiently. Following this assessment, we coordinated with the homeowner to establish a monthly service plan focused on maintaining and optimizing the irrigation timer, helping to ensure consistent performance and long-term system reliability.
