Although the controller had simply become unplugged, a complete irrigation system inspection revealed multiple shorted sprinkler valves that were preventing the system from operating correctly.

Zach quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty irrigation valves, tested every zone, and restored the system to full operation. With the repairs complete, the landscape is ready to handle the Arizona summer.

While performing the repair, Zach uncovered another issue. A previous contractor had accidentally severed the irrigation line supplying the backyard, leaving the plants without a reliable water source. To protect the landscape, he designed and installed a temporary above-ground irrigation line to keep water flowing until the homeowner decides on a permanent repair.
